The brethren of the Sudbury Manitoulin District are providing a smoke free two bedroom furnished efficiency apartment with balcony for the short stay use of Masons and their families who are traveling to Sudbury to access medical services.

How to contact us

Apartment reservations are made by contacting one of the following Masons with your anticipated arrival and departure dates.

• Reservations will be granted on a "First come, first served basis."
• Depending on demand, length of stay may have to be restricted.
• Reservations will be confirmed by phone or mail.
• Information about alternate accommodations will be provided if we are unable to satisfy either full or partial requests.

Checking in

• Host will meet visitor at the building or at other predetermined locations and will provide the apartment keys.
• Information and maps of the city will be available as needed.
• Visitors will be provided with names and phone numbers should any problems/repairs need to be addressed in the unit during their stay.

Checking out

• Visitors are to leave the apartment on the agreed departure date as early as possible so we can ready it for the next visitors. If an extension is required, this may be granted depending on availability.
• Keys are to be left with or in the apartment.
• Apartment must be left in good order.
• We welcome comments from our visitors on how we can improve the service.

Cost

• Donations are welcomed and will be thankfully received and faithfully applied to maintain the apartment.
• A donation box will be available in the apartment.

What to bring

• You need only bring your own towels and personal toiletries and any food that you will want.
• Limited cooking facilities are available.

We provide

• A smoke free apartment with two bedrooms with two double beds and linen.
• Cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster oven,dish soap, dish towels, cleaning supplies, paper products.
• Coin operated washer and dryer are available in the building.
